Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day from our Austin warehouse. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $75 — under that, it's a flat $6.95. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for $14.95. You'll get a tracking link the moment your label prints.
You get 30 days from delivery — and yes, you can actually play with the gear. Take a paddle to league night; if it's not the one, email us for a prepaid return label and we'll refund you in full once it arrives back. Balls and grip tape just need to be mostly unused. Refunds land in 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Every Rally Republic paddle carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects: core dead spots, face delamination, edge guard separation, and handle failures from normal play. It doesn't cover cosmetic scuffs or damage from slamming paddles (we've all been there — breathe). Claims are easy: send us a photo and your order number via the form above.
Raw carbon loses grit as ball residue builds up. Once a week (or when spin feels flat), wipe the face with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, then dry it. A carbon-fiber cleaning eraser restores texture every month or so. Store your paddle in its cover, out of hot cars — heat is the #1 killer of polymer cores. Re-grip every 3–4 months if you play twice a week.
Yes — every paddle we sell is USAPA-approved and appears on the official approved equipment list, so you can play any sanctioned tournament with confidence. The Rally 40 outdoor ball is also approved for sanctioned outdoor play. If a rulebook ever changes, we'll email affected customers directly.
